Summary:碩士 === 臺北巿立體育學院 === 運動科學研究所 === 93 === Abstract In view of the lack of the research relating to internalization of the sports groups in Taiwan, by analyzing and understanding the status of the international sports exchanges conducted by local’s sports groups, the study probed the history and procedures of the internationalization processed in the local related sports groups in attempt to offer the chiefs of government agencies and group leaders some references for their development of the strategy of internationalization for non-profit sports organizations. There are five major purposes for this study: 1. to collect the data of local sports groups for their participation in international sports competitions in the past three years, and analyze its relationship with internationalization. 2. to collect the data of local sports groups for their participation in international sports conferences in the past three years, and analyze its relationship with internationalization. 3. to collect the data of local sports groups for their sponsorship of international sports events in the past three years and analyze its relationship with internationalization. 4. to collect the data of local sports groups for their sponsorship of international sports conventions in the past three years, and analyze its relationship with internationalization. 5. to collect the data of local sports group members for their posts in international sports organizations in the past three years, and understand if the posts help their internationalization. The following conclusions have been made after the analysis and investigation: 1. the international sports competitions participated by local sports associations in the past three years mainly focused on official championships, and more sport items were participated in Olympics and Asian Games than that of non-Olympic and Asian Games. 2. a majority of the surveyed sports associations sponsored 1-2 international sports conferences in the past three years. 3. Taiwan showed a trend to annually increase its number to sponsor international sports events in the past three years. Although international invitation games took the majority at about 66% among Taiwan’s sponsorship of international sports events, following the improvement of cross-strait relationships and the establishment of Olympics mold, the number of Taiwan’s sponsorship of international official championships increased year by year in the past three years. 4. For the past three years, the international sports conferences sponsored by Taiwan were mostly for the sports items of non-Olympics and Asian Games, taking up about 65%. 5. Regarding the posts in international sports organization taken by Taiwan’s sports association members in the past three years, the posts for the sports items of Olympics and Asian Games took the majority. As to the leadership posts for the rank above general secretary, the sports item associations of Olympics and Asian Games are also the main organizations joined by Taiwan sports group members for the leadership posts.
