Such errors include administration of wrong drugs, administration of incorrect dosage, and administration of drugs to the wrong patient. Our computerized drug deliver cart heat integrates Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) & Barcode devices with medical information system to assist nurses to perform 3-read,5-right work so as to reduce medication errors for UnitDose level nursing care.
