There are 210,000 adults with diabetes and 400,000 adults at risk of diabetes in the age of 30 to 60 in Taiwan. It costs NT30 Billion per year for Diabetes curing. Type II diabetes (formerly called mature-onset or non–insulin-dependent diabetes) account for the vast majority of people with diabetes in Taiwan. Purpose : The research is to study the effect in Type II diabetes patients while multidisciplinary primary health care team working with to improve the health situation, take National Taiwan University Hospital Yun-Lin Branch for example. Method : Compared the data of control group and general group to check the significance between the two groups by using the two-pair t test and single-t test to check the result. Conclusion:. The multidisciplinary primary health care team in National Taiwan University Hospital Yun-Lin Branch did help the Type II diabetes patients to improve the health situation.
