Each has its own characteristics. However, if either philosophical thinking or scientific thinking is used to look at everything, its original real look cannot be correctly understood. Although the whole can be seen through philosophy, whose angle is wide-view, clear details and the internal components of everything cannot be seen. Scientific exploration relies on the methods and equipment. Both pure materials and living beings have a great number of mysteries which cannot be explored by scientific methods and equipment. In addition, knowledge expression ways of now are mostly fragmental and static, so it is unable that goal individual will be appeared in essence of operational principle. The "Modern I-Ching System Theory" is exactly a theory of merging philosophy and scientific thinking. This theory is composed of core knowledge and key essence of the philosophy of I-Ching, quantum mechanics, bioscience, universe science, and so on. There is a understanding totally to the goal individual in terms of micro-view first, and by way of dividing and assembling work, disassemble the huge problem into smaller ones. Under the whole, the individuals take responsibility on what they aim to achieve so that professional divisions of labor and responsibility will be located at all levels and present knowledge with the whole, dynamic method. This research expects to reach three goals through studying the composition structure and operation principle of human immune system: 1.Explain and revise the modern I-Ching system theory through studying human immune system knowledge. 2.Explain and revise human immune system knowledge with the modern system theory, and express the immune system with a whole, dynamic way in essence. 3.Derive the output of this research to the domain of hazards mitigation.
