Moreover to aim at the relationship due to the gender, academic achievement, social economic status, and under aptitude test grouping in the decision-making process. By way of the literature analysis and theory probing to discriminate in decision-making process by advancing to a higher schools on junior high school students, which is divided into three phases: (1) the predisposition phase; (2) the search and range-setting phase; (3) the choice phase. With adopting self-design questionnaire instrument of decision-making process by advancing to senior high schools, through random cluster sampling acquire 801 junior high school students, which were 726 students valid. The results were as follows: 1.The grades of the Junior High School Assessment of Basic Academic Skills are the important advisable factor of the decision-making process by advancing to senior high schools. 2.The students’major information resources are from schools. 3.The guidance and societies curriculums to fail to target for education. 4.Parents, classmates and friends, and class tutor are significant others on he decision-making process by advancing to senior high schools. 5.Individual interest, academic performance and ability are critical effect factors on the decision-making process by advancing to senior high schools. 6.The differences between the gender, academic achievement, social economic status, and under aptitude test grouping affect the decision-making process. In conclusion, according to the research result will make further explore, also by offering suggestions to schools and parents to consult in decision-making process by advancing to senior high schools.
