Summary:碩士 === 元智大學 === 管理研究所 === 93 === During recent years, the practice of Knowledge Management (KM), which increases enterprises'' global power of innovation and competition, has made several successful cases in enterprises. Nevertheless, the conception of KM in the public administration department is still in its infancy. The military inspection system, which belongs to the public administration department, has lacked effective management strategies to its own knowledge assets over a long period. It would not only unsatisfy the needs of present e-government system, but also easily lose its treasurable assets during knowledge transferring. According to the literature, the study analyzes the needs of KM of the military inspection system based on "knowledge sharing", "expert yellow page" and "knowledge IT platform" respectively to scheme out the KM project and to establish KM platform. By introducing the KM project, the military inspection system confirms its own core knowledge and develops knowledge sharing culture. Then, the evaluation KM platform taken by the questionnaire interview and the establishment index would be the basis of proposing sustained maintenance and improvement suggestion. The study is based on practice and evaluates the profits brought by the KM project experimentally. Wish the study create the KM environment and be a precedent for other military administration department which might want to introduce the KM project.
