Summary:碩士 === 元智大學 === 管理研究所 === 93 === A procedure is A procedure is developed the clear and objective model of turnover risk,by using survival model analysis, the study will evaluate the possibility of employee turnover。Let human resource management control employee behavior in time and the risk of turnover in future,then take precautions against calamity of turnover。Induce the factor of turnover by reviewing literature,developed the study structure,apply the 40 duty days between formal and informal employee to be demonstrate object,draw the Survival and Hazard Function。The study result showed how the factors influence the survival in the duration,「The informal employee」case using Weibull distributing,and「The formal employee」case was better to use Log-normal distributing。 The result showed,for「The informal employee」case,「Marry」、「Job」has the positive impact of turnover intention,「Manager」、「Engineer」are negative impact。And for「The formal employee」case,「Job」、「Environment」、「Study achievement」has the positive impact of turnover intention,「Age」、「Manger」are negative impact。 And point out,there are three turnover peak in Hi-tech Companies,1st is the new comer crisis;2nd is the promotion crisis;3rd is weary of job crisis。
