This study is meant to probe if the personal social catipal which employees obtain from the colleagues, including the superiors and subordinates, has influence on personal attitude(organizational trust), and on personal behavior(organizational citizenship behavior). In this study, personal social capital is independent variable, organizational trust is mediate variable, and organizational citizenship behavior is dependent variable. In addition, the psychological contract is a kind of employee's cognition about what is organization's obligation, and organization fulfills his obligation or not that will influence the behavior of employees. Therefore, the employees’ psychological contract is moderate variable among organizational trust and organizational citizenship behavior in this study. The research object is top 1,000 manufacturing industries companies employees, random sampling 500 companies from these 1000 companies. I released 1000 sets of questionnaires, got 199 sets of valid questionnaires, analyzed by statistics methods of t-test analysis of independence, analysis of variance(ANOVA), Pearson,s product-moment correlation, and multiple regression. The results are summarized as follows: 1. There are obvious differences in obtaining personal social capital , organization trust and organizational citizenship behavior by various characters. (1) Comparing to female workers, male workers get more information and resources from colleagues and their degree of trust on organization and superiors is higher. The male workers’ degree of identification with company and conscientiousness is higher than female workers. (2) Comparing to the workers in high-tech industry, the workers in traditional manufacturing industry have higher degree of identification with company. (3) Comparing with seniority, the workers with longer seniority have higher degree of trust in the organization, identification with company, conscientiousness. 2. the mediating effect of organization trust among personal social capital and organizational citizenship behavior is manifested. 3. the moderating effect of psychological contract on psychology level among organizational trust and organizational citizenship behavior is manifested.
