| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 會計所 === 94 === To understand influencing factors of selecting key indicators of information security management in the securities and futures industry, this study employed a two-stage method. Key indicators of information security management based on BS 7799 were defined and a Delphi study was conducted to explore those influencing factors of key indicators selection. Subsequently, a case study was conducted to confirm those influencing factors.
The results indicate that most influencing factors of selecting key indicators of information security management in the securities and futures industry include laws and regulations, top management support, cost-benefit consideration, and education and training.
