And try to offer specific suggestions to the middle-aged women and the staff of community colleges in Taiwan. Procedure: The pilot study was executed to make sure the instrument, Questionnaire of participation community colleges curricula and Well-being, with good reliability and validity. The sample consisted of 411 middle-aged women. The data was submitted for statistical treatment using descriptive statistic analysis, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson’s product-moment correlation. Conclusions: According to the findings, they were generalized to 4 conclusions, just as follows: 1.Respondents were maximum in a civic organization curricula to participation community colleges curricula . 2.Respondents were aware of the Well-being and the level of perspective were high for four generic. 3.Respondents were aware of the Well-being and the level of perspective were highest for ” Life-satisfaction”/” Have a hand in society”. 4.Participation community colleges curricula are in relation to the Well-being. According to the conclusions, this research proposed suggestions for the middle-aged women and the staff to improve the community colleges curricula and high the Well-being.
