The needs of professional knowledge for teachers of elder education are very high. 2. All of the needs for educational teachers are:”teaching attitude”,”teaching competency”,”teaching environment” 3. There was no significant difference in teachers’ needs of the professional knowledge and competence among different sex, age, years of teaching and if they have any relation training. 4. The higher education teachers,the more needs of professional knowledge they have. 5. The further professional knowledge includes:”life education”,”health care”and “finance management”. Recommendations, based on findings and conclusions, are made for education administration, teacher cultivating institution, elder education teachers and future study. none 黃富順 2006 學位論文 ; thesis 124 zh-TW
