In details, the purposes of the research are listed as the following: 1.explore and research the learning motivation and learning methods of the lifelong learning practicers 2.well-inform the learning capacity of the lifelong learning practicers 3.discuss the learning barriers and the corresponding policies of the lifelong learning practicers 4.propose the specific suggestions to provide the referrance for the institutions and practicers of lifelong learning. The research works by means of interview, lists the individuals commensurate with the lifelong learning practicers as the objectives, eight of who are selected, and the research means is the interview outline of learning experience of lifelong learning practices. According to the research, the conclusions are generalized as following: 1.The lifelong learning practicers have the strong learning motives, and they study mostly because of the needs of working and apply what they learned to work. 2.After the lifelong learning practicers graduated from the normal schools, all of them could study by themselves, do well in the career planning and put forward to their goals, and they will arouse their potential and achieve themselves destinations. 3.The lifelong learning practicers have zeal for services and study, and services can pullulate and make societies be luckier. 4.The lifelong learning practicers keep delighted mind, facing learning, and like it and don’t hate fatigue. 5.Lifelong learning practicers adjust the social trend and have the abilities of self-learning, learning how to study, and digit capacity to adapt the changing society. 6.The knowledge society is coming, and the knowledge semi-wane period is diminishing, which make the learning ways of lifelong learning practicers diversify. 7.The main learning barriers of lifelong learning practicers are the factors both in family and individual capacities. 8.The lifelong learning practicers solve problems in learning depending on the families’ support, learning from others and reading. The suggestion of the research includes the lifelong learning practicers, related institutions of lifelong learning and subsequent researches to bring forward advices: I. The suggestions for lifelong learning practicers 1.sides normal educations, the learners can also continue informal learning activities. 2.should positively strengthen the cultivation of lifelong learning idea and cultivate the habits and attitudes of learning. 3.hance accomplishment in computers, information and communication technology, and ability in languages. 4. happy learners who are interested in study. II. The suggestions for institutions of lifelong learning 1.Promote the accomplishments of professional ability of adult teachers. 2.Everyone should have equal opportunities to learn for life, so the channels of further education should be open up and institutions of lifelong learning should loosen the restrictions of the limit of advanced studies. 3.The time should be elastic and independent because the diversified choices of learning time are good for adult learners. 4.Set much elastic term of study and system of transfer. 5.Set specific and feasible encouragement to promote advanced studies. 6.Improve planning course of system and perfect conformity of resource. 7.Open the diversified channels of learning, and the institutions should strictly check on the quality of learners when learners graduate or complete a course of study to keep certain quality of learners after the institutions of lifelong learning establish generally. 8.Set authentication system of abnormal studying. III. The suggestions for subsequent researches 1.Research objects: advise that the future research should enlarge research objects and lifelong learning practicers having different background to enhance exterior efficiency of researches. 2.Research measures: advise that we can add quantitative researches to essential researches to discuss it and research more deeply. 3.Research instruments: advise that we should add single or few subjects with design to discuss it more deeply.
