Reduces teacher's time and the manpower, Then promotion school service work quality and efficiency. This research mainly picks the action research methodology. The researcher by way of reconsiders in the solid service situation, Picks up the literature correlation the discussion, with coordinates researcher's cooperation discussion. Grinds plans the course of action, Implementation and research material data compilation and analysis, This research except motion methodology outside, but also uses method and the tool and so on document analysis, research diary, interview. This research with finally obtains following five conclusions according to the main research discovery: 1. The school principal’s e-leadership confidence and administrative personnel's support, which is main key that the e-campus impetus result. 2. The information hardware is complete and dynamic homepage establishing that has reveals the influence to e-campus. 3. Motion province thinks of by time and by where that is helpful to the e-campus course of action result. 4. Personally fosters the e-custom to have the frontage influence to the e-project impetus. 5. E-campus is beneficial to administration service and class service of efficiency.
