However, sometimes a parity-check matrix of a code is not low density but generator matrix is. Therefore, we consider a message-passing algorithm on generator matrices G. In the second part, we will describe a process that can be used to construct a (0,1)-matrix using the Gale-Ryser Theorem. Such algorithm can help us construct a regular LDPC code randomly.
