The templates have a narrow distribution of pore sizes from 20 nm to 200nm. Here we have produced high-aspect-ratio alloy nanowire arrays. The nanostructures can be fabricated rapid less than few seconds. Besides, the diameter and height of the nanowires can be controlled using the confining dimensions of the template. The nanowires are characterized using scanning electron microscopy (SEM), atomic force microscopy (AFM), CCD, X-ray diffraction (XRD), and transmission electron microscopy (TEM).
