Description
Summary:碩士 === 長庚大學 === 化工與材料工程研究所 === 94 === PCL/PETG blends were prepared through a melt mixing process. The thermal properties and phase morphology of the blends were investigated by differential scanning calorimeter (DSC), wide angle x-ray diffractometer (WAXD), polarized optical microscope (POM) and thermogravimetric analyzer (TGA). DSC results showed that PCL/PETG blends exhibited two glass transition temperatures. Therefore, the blend was an immiscible system. PETG affected the crystallization ability and crystallinity of PCL in the blends. The PCL’s melting behavior became simple as increased the PETG amounts. WAXD results showed that the crystal structure of PCL was not affected in the blends. POM results indicated that the crystalline structure of PCL became more diffused as the content of PETG increased. TGA results showed that the thermal stability of PETG was higher than that of PCL. In the blends, PETG promoted PCL’s heat resistance.
