Knowledge as An Example 知識社群互動之實證研究–以奇摩知識+為例 Yu-Chun Lin 林于鈞 碩士 長庚大學 資訊管理研究所 94 Knowledge stored in the virtual communities is created through interactions within community members. The knowledge is not only an important property of the community but also an attractive factor of user participation. If knowledge documents provided by members are not enough, members will hesitate to share knowledge at first and then gradually leave, making the community collapse eventually. This thesis analyzes factors of effecting community members’ interaction by observing centralities, the types of topic of discussion and the behavior of knowledge sharing, and wants to find out (1) the motivation of community members doing knowledge sharing; (2) what factors will affect members’ motivation to interact with other members and (3) the influence by the types of topic of discussion. The result shows that the centrality affects the motivation of knowledge sharing. Besides, the rank of community members and the feedbacks providing by the community also have an influence on the motivation of knowledge sharing. Besides, the type of topic of discussion is a significant influence on members’ interaction. Gen-Yih Liao 廖耕億 2006 學位論文 ; thesis 67 zh-TW
