In spite of be constructing to produce the stage energy to consume to use that will be, or will demolish the stage in the future the processing of the creation wastes, cause a great burden on environmental ecology. This research was penetrated two phases for questionnaires, could understand adequately the problem of the building recovers material of collecting raw materials and sell. According the questionnaires of the professional of dismantle one first phase to know presently the dismantle profession haven’t enough to establish knowledge about dismantle building resources of revive and recycle. Their concepts only know about recycle work for traditions, to cause more than building material recycle difficulties. The second phases are examining effects about recycle and reuse’s material takes extent of architects and constructions. We proceeded with various analysis by “Fuzzy Delphi” could be know that a quality and safety for recycle material could be gained the highest grade. Therefore, the quality of material and conform safety will be the improve point of the developing building recycle materials in the future. We bring up the market developing mechanism on account of the questionnaires of examine result, except for strengthen establish division of each duty department, at the same time bring up the plan of develop stage of building’s recycle material market, it could be a reference basis of getting building reuse materials of recycle market to further achieve the goal that to reduce wastes and sustainable develop of resources.
