Description
Summary:碩士 === 中原大學 === 工業工程研究所 === 94 === In a constantly changing and globally competitive environment, it is critical for companies to corporate with other players in the supply chain. This will increase the supply chain’s competitive capability and improve customer service. In order to decrease costs, to improve decision making, and to respond quickly to demand, the adversarial relationship between the players in the supply chain must be replaced by cooperative partnerships. In this research, we consider a supply chain problem consisting of a retailer and a manufacturer. The retailer obtains the short life cycle products from the manufacturer for sale to the customers. We also consider the uncertainty of the products delivery time, the material ordering environment, and the retailer’s available capital constraint. In the cases described above, we develop the optimal ordering policy and compare the expected profit with and without coordination.
