Expecting that it is applicable for making an overall planning of the human resources department, to improve the working achievement and strengthen the management efficiency organized appropriately according to the studying results. The dates were analyzed by using SPSS statistical methods, which include descriptive statistics analysis, T-test analysis, one-way ANOVA, correlation analysis and regression analysis. The result shows, there was a significantly negative effect of job autonomy, life adaptation and interaction adaptation on turnover intention. The evidence found in the study indicated that there was a significantly negative effect of job involvement and extrinsic satisfaction on turnover intention. Thus, the studying offers the greatest help and support in accepting the employee oversea. Making the staffs get to one is own working performance and affirmable by the company, and give the related departments a basis of planning to send some abroad in the future.
