The survey method was used in this research, and 655 members were chosen as participants to fill out the questionnaire. The collected data was analyzed by frequency, percentage, and chi-square – including one-way and two-way. The conclusions and suggestions were induced and cleared after analysis and discussion. Based on the literature review and the results of questionnaire survey, the following conclusions were found: I. The particular churches needed to set a term system. II. A term of four years would be suitable. III. If the minister or the churches wish to dissolve the pastoral relationships, they would need to do so 3 months before the effective day. IV. Most of the participants agreed that the particular church could do prosecution of call with the guidance and permission of the presbytery. V. When the particular church organizes a nominating committee, it should pay attention to the representation of the members, and not just the elders. VI. Most Presbyterians agreed that the particular church could decide the number of nominating committee. VII. Pastors may not vote on the dissolving or the continuation of the pastoral relationship. VIII. Most participants were against on permanent relations between the pastor and a particular church. IX. There were no difference in opinion between the city church and the suburban. X. There were various opinions among participants with different backgrounds.
