The study was 1) to probe the relevant concepts about principal’s curriculum leadership, the community resources, the school-based curriculum development, and the school-based curriculum evaluation, 2) to construct the school-based curriculum of An-Nei Elementary School through the action research, 3) to promote teachers’ expertise in curriculum study and development by peer-coaching, 4) to find strategies in order to solve problems of curriculum leadership and pedagogy, and 5) to set up the evaluation system of school-based curriculum as a criteria and a target. The data for this study were from reflective journal, , participated observation, document, , teachers’ reports about their curriculum development and implementation, and so on. The conclusions from the action research are as follows: 1. The content of principal curriculum leadership: “Curriculum leadership”, the process of checking between theory and practice, lies in the school context, promoting the power of school curriculum and teaching decision. And more importantly, it is to accomplish the higher-level educational goals. 2. The strategies of principal curriculum leadership: The strategies consists modeling, cooperation, share, participation, concern and advocation, empowerment, raising funds, developing curriculum, feedback, showing the results. 朱文雄 2005 學位論文 ; thesis 0 zh-TW
