About 228 institutions were selected based on a stratified sampling. The questionnaires were mailed to the employees working at those selected settings and 391 valid responses were obtained. Descriptive statistics, factor-analysis, reliability, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation and regression were chosen for data analysis and hypothesis testing. The major findings of this study list as follows: 1. a significant relationship exists between psychological contract and organizational justice; 2. psychological contract correlates significantly with organizational commitment; 3. organizational justice and organizational commitment are highly correlated; 4. the senior employees are more dedicated to the organization, compared to the junior employees.
