The study developed the questionnaire which were distributed to the accountants for investigation of the relationship of role pressure, work tiredness and work attitude and found the facts as follows: 1. There is significant correlation between the dimension of role pressure and work tiredness as well as the impact of construction of work tiredness on role pressure. 2. There is significant correlation between the dimension of work tiredness and work attitude as well as the impact of construction of work attitude on work tiredness. 3. There is significant correlation between the dimension of role pressure and work attitude as well as the impact of construction of work attitude on role pressure. 4. Reliance plays a disturbing role in the effect in independent variable relational bonds and dependent variable effect.
