The Economic Development Council of the Executive Yuan of the Republic of China has included the “Green-Building” as one of the focus points in the policy of “Continuous Development of Urban and Rural Area in Taiwan”. To comply with the water conservation index of the construction base, the pervious capability of the construction material for water is necessary. Among the current available construction methodology, the porous concrete with multi-hole property has three advantages, including “easily in-and-out for water”, “easily planting and green-growing” and “the construction is rapid”. Because the construction methodology of the porous concrete has no big difference with traditional concrete, it has become an excellent replacement of the traditional concrete This thesis started from the Mix Proportioning design of the porous concrete, then focusing on the resolution of issues regarding concrete mortar vertical flow and mortar fitting capacity, and followed by a series of Mix Proportioning test by net basket experiments. Using the experiments results, detailed analysis was done and the vertical flow capacity was plotted against the water-cement ratio, therefore the maximum allowable water-cement ratio under fixed mortar -fitting capacity was derived. The analysis results can then be used to build the cylinder specimens, also for conducting experiments on the physical and engineering properties of the test specimen. It is found from this thesis study that the net-basket experiment results are consistent with the actual mortar vertical flow phenomena. Using the method provided in this thesis to analyze the vertical flow capacity in advance, substantial cost saving can be achieved by avoiding waste of mixing material. The compression strength of the porous concrete specimen can be up to 200kg/cm2 , and exceeds the ordinary concrete structure specification (175 kg/cm2). This thesis differentiates the Mix Proportioning data according to engineering property to facilitate the usage of the concrete business; also a procedure for Mix Proportioning design is developed, to help on-going study on related topics and provide good reference for establishing standard procedure for porous concrete Mix Proportioning test. none 連惠邦 2006 學位論文 ; thesis 111 zh-TW
