| Summary: | 碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 紡織工程所 === 94 === The purpose of this research is to evaluate the performance of supply chain management in Taiwan textile industry, to establish the critical performance indicators, and to provide a reference for the Taiwan textile industry. We designed a questionnaire to measure the causality of financial perspective, internal business process perspective, customer perspective and learning and growing perspective, which was based on the “Balanced Scorecard”. The Performance Evaluation Matrix was used to select the performance indicators for the supply chain management in Taiwan textile industry.
This research results indicate that the performance of learning and growing perspective influences internal business process perspective significantly, which impact in financial perspective strongly and in Customer Perspective moderately. We also found that the importance of the performance indicators is generally higher than actual performance in the supply chain management of Taiwan textile manufacturers. It means that textile manufacturers in Taiwan need to improve their supply chain management further.
