To be a successful general manager, it is necessary to possess the management strategy in managing for increasing organizational performance. To face the existing global competition, the leadership style of General Manger is the most factors for an organizational performance when a General Manager suffers the employees who work in different countries. This study examined the effects of leadership on organization performance in samples of Taiwan and China managers. Statistically significant differences between the two samples were found for measures of innovative and supportive job involvement and productivity for difference country’s employees. For the combined samples, a high consideration leadership style, had negative effects on job involvement and job productivity, however, a high initiating structure leadership style, had positive result after the statistical questionnaire data. For difference between the two samples for leadership style and organizational performance, a consideration leadership style had not positive effect on organizational performance in Taiwan sample, also in China sample. However, an iniating structure leadership style had positive effect on organizational performance in Taiwan and in China samples.
