The system contains two modules, namely, feature extractor and case miner. Feature extractor uses three fuzzy measurements to find the relevant features. Case miner uses genetic evolution algorithm in clustering work to discover the representative cases. Medical datasets are used in case library construction which include colon-rectum cancer dataset, new-thyroid dataset and breast cancer dataset.
