Real Estate industry is a mature industry. There are many external factors such as economy, politics, and stock market etc. will affect the industry. However, there are still some companies can survive.
This purpose of this study is to analyze Tung-Wei Construct Co.’s success factors from different dimensions. We not only describe the company’s mission, target, strategies, performance managements but identify the company’s successful factors.
