The network learning platform functions, the learning management system, the teaching material contents as well as the interaction of teachers and learners or between classmates all will influence the learn result on the network. This research mainly analyzes the network learning website functions among a collection of 300 domestic and international network learning websites, depending on the various attribute establishment data form of network learning websites, teacher management, learner management, main reading, and the network type. Statistical method has been used that made use of SPSS 14 software tools for classification dividing and crossing analysis such that useful statements and results can be interpreted. This research provides an important model for relevant network learning platform function analysis and can be used as fundamental reference for other related research.
