Description
Summary:碩士 === 義守大學 === 生物醫學工程學系碩士班 === 94 === In this study, two medical virtual reality systems application in different medical subject were developed by integrating the techniques of computer graphics, virtual reality (VR). These systems can be used for teaching, training, planning, and simulation prior to a real surgery. After accomplishing the system development, we also verified the accuracy and the learning effect of these VR-systems. Finally, this study integrates these developed results and discusses the roles, benefits, and future works of clinical application of these VR-systems. These medical VR-systems can be expected to provide more comprehensive information than conventional modalities, to assist doctors in diagnosis, and even to guide the surgery in real time. It will improve the surgical quality, and the probability of success. In addition, as providing the best treatment, it can protect the rights for the patients.
