Therefore, in the face of the increasing foreign labors, how to effectively implement the measures QWL and make the combination of the requirement target and the enterprise organization target become consistent pattern which is increased the competitive advantage in new challenges. In addition, if the enterprises are unable to effectively manage the foreign labors, they are going to affect the external cost of the enterprise and influence the operation performance of the company. Hence, the motivation of this thesis is trying to discuss the ideal measures of QWL to provide enterprise with the practical management reference and further to discuss the relation among QWL, job performance and organization performance of foreign labors. This thesis was discussed the relationships among QWL, job performance and organization performace, and explore the whole policies for foreign laborers on the basis of the discussion in futher detail. With the trend of enterprise globalization, the international transfer of foreign laborers has been taken as normal condition. However, the influence of the enterprise performance and the local society is a problem worthy to be focused. The purpose of this thesis is aimed to discuss that whether the relations between different variables are significant in the perspectives of electronic companies so as to provide the related administrative units for reference. This thesis proceeds the data analysis for the relevant study by the method of description statistics analysis, factor analysis and structure equation model analysis. And also discusses for the study purpose along with the suggestion and hope to elevate the whole effect of the foreign labors in terms of the policies and measures.
