碩士 === 義守大學 === 管理研究所碩士班 === 94 === This study is to explore the relationship among knowledge infrastructure, knowledge management, and innovation performance. First of all, the author has reviewed the relevant literature, and established a solid framework of infrastructure of knowledge management model knowledge management, which focuses on how to leverage culture, structure, process, and information technology to improve a firm''s tangible foundation and intangible institution. Secondly, the author developed three kinds’ inventories and construct six basic propositions. Secondly, the author implemented in an empirical survey for 133 different department of industries. Finally, author concludes that departments could increase knowledge management, activities and innovation effects, and knowledge management played an intervening role when infrastructure influences innovation effects.
