It is characterized by frequently repeating flare up and readmission. Besides there are many unpredictable symptoms and signs which is difficult for the clinicians. So we retrospectively collected patients in a medical center during 2004 who admitted due to SLE. All the patients fulfills the ACR criteria for SLE. The purpose of this study includes: The differences at the duration of admission; To understand the readmission rate; To compare the differences of readmission during different admission dates; To predict the compounding factors of readmission during different admission date; to estimate the odds ratios of related factors of readmission rate during one year. Conclusions: There is no difference between the duration of admission and the percentage of readmission. The readmission rate is 46.4% in 1 year respectively. Statistically analysis by logistic regression showed every increasing one score of SLEDAI, the readmission rate will increase 1.12 folds in 14 days and 1.10 in 31 days. So SLEDAI is a independent short term factors to readmission rate. This study will provide the factors the monitor in readmission of SLE. Hui - Ching Weng, 翁慧卿 2006 學位論文 ; thesis 68 zh-TW
