| Summary: | 碩士 === 義守大學 === 管理研究所碩士班 === 94 === This study is to explore the relationship among Entrepreneurial Management Team, International Entrepreneurial Orientation, Entrepreneurial Culture Capacity , Age at Entry and International New Ventures performance.The literature is used to build research framework and eight basic hypotheses. Further, tests the model on a sample survey in Taiwan Economic Journal Data Bank- normal industries. Totally, 123 valid subjects have been received with Questionnaire Survey and Mail. We analyzed samples with factor analysis, Multiple Regression analysis.
Empirical results show that: Entrepreneurial Management Team and Entrepreneurial Orientation have positive influence the stock and rate of the Entrepreneurial Culture Capacity while new ventures operating the activity oversea, and significant influence the International New Venture performance . Moreover, through the correlation of Entrepreneurial Management Team, Entrepreneurial Orientation and Age at Entry will slow down the process of Entrepreneurial Culture Capacity .
