This research tries to establish a set of performance evaluation system for organizations with divisional structure or hybrid structure, which will be used to evaluate organizational performance and be beneficial to business development. This study develops a balanced scorecard in light of the viewpoint of divisional structure from bringing together the theories of organization and balanced scorecard. It is a set of performance evaluation indicators and is useful for organizations. In addition, the model developed by the study can be employed to link scorecards between head office and branch office; that is, it can be operated to link different organizational units.
