The mixture of raw materials was pressed and sintered into ceramics without any calcination stage involved. Dense ZST ceramics could not be produced with B2O3 and NiO addition. With CuO addition, pellets of >97% theoretic density were obtained at 1130oC/4 h sintering. Microwave properties Qxf=38,000 GHz, εr=24 and τf=2.5ppm/oC were found in ZST with CuO added. In La2O3 doped ZST, Qxf=46,000 GHz, εr=26.8 and τf=-2.3ppm/oC was observed at 1450oC/6 h sintering. ZST of Qxf=20,000 GHz, εr=30.3 and τf=0ppm/oC was obtained with ZnO added and sintered at 1380oC/6 h.
