Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 工業工程與管理系碩士班 === 94 === Abstract It is important and valuable to satisfy customers’demands with the concept of customization in a competitive business environment of advanced technology and trend of globalization. In this study, the optimal production scheduling and products distribution problem of customized standardization production systems is discussed. Customized standardization production systems are able to assure both the various demands of customer and the cost-benefit of supply chain. In this study, a mathematical cost model is first constructed with the basic concept of advanced planning and scheduling (APS), which includes several cost items, such as transportation, shortage and customization. This mathematical cost model minimizes the objective cost. Moreover, under the conditions of the inputs of parameter, limitations of supply, and lead time of demand, the optimal objective cost and related values of variable, which consist the amounts of transportation of available to promise and customers’ shortage. The solutions of the model will be able to satisfy limitations and obtain the optimal results. Then, by using the optimal values of transportation of available to promise as input of parameter of two VRP’ mathematical cost models, hence, the decision makers can have more accurate information to solve the optimal productive scheduling and distribution problem of customized standardization production systems.
