According to a survey done by Interior Ministry, although foreign spouses contain working qualification, but the real situation of getting jobs is unideal. There must be factors worthy to discuss. The past researches of marriage immigration and female groups to employment present that Household Economics, The Neoclassical Economists Human, Capital Theory, the Family Life Cycle and Sex-Role Attitudes are respectively the important factors to female employment. The study is done by questionnaire to figure out the varieties of decisions done by the foreign spouses while getting jobs. Results of statistical analyses provided the important conclusions as follows: 1. The employment tendency:Above 80% of the foreign spouses contain working willingness. 2. The effect factors: (1)There are not significant correlations between the working situation and the demonstration of factors.There must be factors such as the culture、values and manners from the mother country. (2) Between the working willingness and the income、education、Marriageable age and the child’s least age are significant correlations. 3. The working expectancy: (1) The work type is Fixed work, location and boss,can work for any industrial and prefer to be Elementary Occupations, Professional, Scientific and Technical Services. (2) The expectable salary is between NT$20960 to NT$30000, and the handling of the salary are for personal use and deposit and invest;and they most concern about the job. 4.
