Based on the related theory and literature reviewed, we are able to conduct empirical study by using questionnaires on high-technology industry in Taiwan. By analyzing the data from questionnaires, the following analyses are conducted: (1) Analysis of sampling data, (2) Reliability analysis, (3) Multiple regression, (4) Two-Way ANOVA analysis. From the empirical analysis, it is also found that both KM capability and strategy has the positive effect on the innovate performance. The results also shows that those company with strong capability of KM are better than those of weak KM on innovative performance. Knowledge management strategy also has the significant positive effect on the innovation performance. Different strategies of knowledge management also have the significant impact on the innovation performance.
