However existing agency problems, as the knowledge transfer, it is recognized that subsidiary pursues its own interests, bargaining power and the local interests of the subsidiaries may not be aligned with those of the headquarters or the MNC as a whole. In order to reduce the agency problem within parents and subsidiaries, this study was tested empirically within top 1000 Taiwan MNC subsidiaries in China. We explored the moderator impacts of organizational mechanisms on the relationship of knowledge stock between knowledge transfer in MNCs. According the 129 respondents evaluated the subsidiary knowledge stock has significant effect on the knowledge transfer. On the moderator impact of organizational mechanisms, if top management compensation linking managerial behavior to knowledge transfer then it has significant and positive moderator associated with the relationship of knowledge and knowledge transfer within MNCs.
