The research target is on China Airlines Cabin Crew with Taiwan, R.O.C residentship. Total questionnaires distributed were 750 sample copies and with 539 effective returns, the return rate reaches 64%. The data analysis includes descriptive analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis and independent sample t- test, one way ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. The major conclusions of this research are listed as follows: 1. The different individual characteristic (including gender, age, marital status, level of education, seniority, average income per month) had shown significant difference in the variables of personality traits, organizational commitment and career orientation. 2. The personality traits had significant relationship with the organizational commitment , the cabin crew who is higher with internal control orientation the identification feeling of organizational commitment would be higher. 3. The personality traits had significant relationship with the career orientation, it had shown positive relation to job assurance orientation/ dedication orientation, challenge orientation and entrepreneurial creativity orientation. It had shown negative relation to security/stability orientation and autonomy/independence orientation. 4. The cabin crew who has a higher organizational commitment will bring the career orientation more toward the following factors for job assurance orientation/dedication orientation, challenge orientation and entrepreneurial creativity orientation. 5. The personality traits, the effort commitment and the retention commitment of cabin crew have a siginificant forecast ability to career oriention with 15.4% efficiency. 6.
