This research take the nation various universities, colleges and institutes altogether 393 feminine instructor as an object, carries on the questionnaire survey by the general survey way, amounts to recycling effective sample 184. Studies the tool is contains "five big personalities characteristics meter", "the working stress meter" and "coping way meter", the obtained material by the SPSS 10.0 statistics software execution analysis, uses the Reliability Analysis, Descriptive Statistic Analysis, Pair-test, One-way ANOVA and , Pearsons Product-Moment Correlation confirms the supposition.This research statistical analysis result summary as follows: First, age of, the marital status, the military elementary education the different personal background attribute, the highest school record, the service period of service and the duty social class not reveal the difference in the personality special archery target performance; But differently serves the school category and the military education room scale can affect performance its personality characteristic.
