| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立中興大學 === 水土保持學系所 === 94 === Mao Kong area of Taipei City has been becoming to be a recreation district of mountain climbing, tea enjoining and night scene enjoining since the government helped the land owners to set sightseeing tea orchard in 1980. However, earlier in 1968, the government had planned it to be a conservation area for concerning those areas of national land conservation, soil and water conservation, natural resource maintain and ecological protection for this district belongs to medium and high sensitive area. This district has been developing as sightseeing tea orchard and restaurant and tea enjoining shop has set up on many sites and those has reduced the function of natural ecosystem and soil and water conservation.
The subject of this study is to use those conditions such as steepness, slope sensitivity, land use potential etc., by using the analysis technique of GIS to find safe sites for those are suitable to develop and prohibit dangerous sites to be developed and to avoid the land to be overdeveloped in Mao Kong area.
