Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立中興大學 === 園藝學系所 === 94 === Rose cuttings were raised under a tent to keep from rain. Cutting of 3-month-old grown in 3” pot had heavier fresh or dry weight of roots or shoots than there grown in a 2” pot had. Leaf area of a 3-month-old plantlet was higher than that of a four– month-old plantlet, because the later dropped leaves. During nursery, spraying GA 50 ppm or BA 50 ppm plus GA 50 ppm once a week enhanced the fresh or dry weight of shoot, and the length of internode or shoot, the ratio of shoot/root, and the sprouting of lateral shoot. In addition, plantlets by drip irrigation had more leaf area than that by overhead irrigation. The productivity of 2-month-old rose plantlets planted in July was higher than that of 1-month-old plantlets. Plants of 3-month-old planted in August produced cut flowers in December and February, but plants of 1-month-old did not. As well as did the 1 or 4-month-old plants planted in September. Moreover, 2-month-old plants grown in a 2” pot planted in July had higher productivity than that grown in a 3”pot had. The invest decreased when the planting date delayed. Rose plants of 2-month-old grown in a 2” pot, planted in July earned the highest profits.
