In order to improve competition, it is more important for chain members to cooperate mutually. Hence, this study proposes an inventory policy under cooperation between the supplier and retailers. Then, we constructed models to quality the value of cooperation and find the optimal solution by developing a Genetic Algorithm. We also adapted numerical example to explain and prove this results. Finally, we use the sensitivity analysis to verify the effects of model parameters to search out the valuable information of management.
