Its main function is via integrating and planning the resources of enterprise requirement to improve the management performance of the enterprise. In recent years, many researchers are actively researching on the concerned topics about implementing method, key factor of success, and performance evaluation. However, there are few of empirical study to verify the process of implementing ERP and management performance after implementing ERP. The paper attempts to propose the implementing process of enterprise ERP system, and makes use of the methods of financial Five-force analysis and Signal-to-Noise ratio to measure the management performance objectively after implementing ERP. Finally, we propose a case study for the SDI corporation in Chang Hua. The process of implementing ERP system successfully is discussed.
