Filling high pressure nitrogen in the gas chamber of the damper can avoid cavitation of dampers from remaining air in dampers. The research work aims to develop dampers with gas chamber. Experimental work has been performed with theories of hydrodynamics and mechanism. Furthermore, the original fluid damper is modified by adding an inlet with valve which allows to fill nitrogen gas in the chamber. Cyclic dynamic test by using Instron8800 test machine has been done for various variables such as initial pressure in the gas chamber, the frequency and the amplitude.
