If engineers want to improve the flood problems, they must try the new way. That's comprehensive regulation program. SOBEK model is used to obtain inundation distribution, including inundation depth and area, and to identify flood probability on San-Ye basin. According to hydraulic computations this study planned the drainage and comprehensive regulation programs to improve the flood problem. After implementation of proposed project, the hydraulic computation showed that most of reaches will avoid flood risk under the rainfall of 10 year return period. Leu, J.
