To adjust military instructor’s transition in a campus culture, issues about the style of military training organization, the role positioning of military instructor and the application of human resource have been seriously discussed. During the period of transformation, the military instructor’s leadership behavior and organizational communication will change due to the certainty of environment. It will also affect military instructor’s job involvement and job satisfaction. One of the best ways for military instructors to cope with the forthcoming new condition is to promote their performance. And the promotion of military instructors’ performance depends on their attitude. Therefore, it will be helpful for military instructors to understand the relationship among managerial people’s leadership style, organizational communication, job involvement and job satisfaction. The purposes of this study are as follows: 1.To examine the difference in managerial people’s leadership style, organizational communication, job involvement and job satisfaction with military instructors of different attributes. 2.To explore how managerial people’s leadership style influences job satisfaction. 3.To explore how managerial people’s leadership style influences job involvement. 4.To explore how organizational communication influences job involvement. 5.To explore the interactive relationship between managerial people’s leadership style and organizational communication. 6.To explore the interactive relationship between job involvement and job satisfaction 7.To provide the result to relater departments and authorities for references. There were 220 valid completed questionnaires samples from public and private high schools of southern regions out of a total 280 potential respondents. The data analysis employed in this study include the Descriptive statistics, Factor analysis, Reliability analysis, Analysis of variance, Duncan multiple T-comparison, T-test, Regression analysis and Canonical analysis, through SPSS for windows. The results of this study indicate that: 1.Most military instructors of different attributes (age, tenure, position, gender) have significant differences in managerial people’s leadership style, organizational communication, job involvement and job satisfaction. No significant difference in marriage. 2.Organizational communication has significant effect to job involvement; leadership style has significant effect to job satisfaction. 3.Managerial leadership style has significant correlation with organizational communication: job involvement has significant correlation with job satisfaction.
